Green Day is a legendary Berkeley California-born punk rock band made up of Billie Joe Armstrong, Mike Dirnt, and Tré Cool. American Idiot was the first CD I ever bought, they were my very first concert, and I sure played the shit out of the Green Day edition of Rock Band. Needless to say, I’ve been a lifelong fan. The multi-Grammy award-winning and Rock n' Roll Hall of Fame inducted band is behind classic albums like Dookie and American Idiot (the latter celebrated its 20th anniversary back in October) and some of the most infectious hits of all time. This summer the band embarked on a global stadium tour, to promote their newest album Saviors. You can learn more about their caffeinated passion project here (and they all plug it below...)
