Peggy Gou is a London-based DJ, producer, and songwriter. Dubbed the “coolest DJ in the world” by Rolling Stone, Peggy became a global phenom after a viral clip of one of her energetic DJ sets featured her chart-topping hit "(It Goes Like) Nanana.” Even before that breakout moment, Gou had built a following with her sets that effortlessly weave together techno, house, and electro. Her debut full-length album, I Hear You, was released last year on XL Recordings and includes a collaboration with Lenny Kravitz, “I Believe in Love Again.” This week, she returned with a brand-new single, “D.A.N.C.E,” from the F1 movie soundtrack. Lucky for us, Peggy’s here to tell us what she’s been into.

What started as a workout to support weight loss and strengthen my back has become a daily obsession. It’s my version of meditation. You only get one ass—might as well make it a hot one!

This is my not-so-secret skincare secret that so many people don’t know about. It’s a German-made device,  but still flying under the radar in a lot of places. If you find a clinic that offers LDM treatments, go! This is a real Korean beauty tip I swear by.

If you're not already obsessed with Korean skincare, what are you doing? In Korea we say you can’t age backwards but we can stop it right here. One of my suitcases is always full of face masks. I never travel without them. Better skin, better you.

Lately, I’ve become totally obsessed with Hello Kitty. There’s just something about that sweet little cat that makes me smile. Fans have picked up on it and started bringing Hello Kitty gifts to my shows—I love it so much, it’s the cutest thing ever.

It’s my merch line, I need to love it! I’d never release anything I wouldn’t wear myself. Designing it, seeing you all wear it, and sharing it with the world—it’s pure joy.

I’m Asian, so naturally... I am obsessed with rice. Whether it’s hot pot, bibimbap, or kimchi fried rice, I need my weekly fix. It’s my comfort food—my soul food.

There’s something magical about sour jelly candy. It instantly lifts my mood. When I feel good, I’m nicer—and when I’m nicer, everyone’s nicer. It’s a ripple effect powered by candy!

I’ve been collecting Jellycats for a while, and yes, I’m a little obsessed. That tiny smile just makes me happy. Honestly, picture a group of adults seriously debating which Jellycat to get next—it’s ridiculous and adorable, and I love every second of it.
