Riki Lindhome is a Los Angeles-based actress, musician, and comedian. You might recognize her as one half of the comedy-musical duo Garfunkel and Oates, or from her many onscreen roles, including Knives Out and Wednesday. Last month, she took her one-woman musical Dead Inside to New York, Austin, and Los Angeles. If you missed it, don’t worry– you can still check out her debut solo comedy album No Worries If Not, which also dropped earlier in the month. Car tasks
Living in LA means crazy, unpredictable traffic. I always give myself extra time and end up getting to appointments early, so I use that time to do things I don’t want to do at home. I have a mini keyboard to practice piano, a red light mask, tweezers, dental floss and list of random tasks and emails to knock out while I wait.

I’m obsessed with audiobooks, and 1.8x speed is my sweet spot. It’s fast enough that I don’t get bored, but not so fast that I miss anything.

Rockabye Baby!
If you have a baby, this company makes lullabies that are covers of existing hit songs. From Beyonce to ACDC, you can just pick music you already like and hear beautifully crafted lullaby versions. My son would always fall asleep to the Beatles and Coldplay covers.
