absolutely agree that the most versatile pasta shape is rigatoni. mezze maniche are shorter and wider but essentially give you the same vibe. i prefer them overall.
i also love rigatoni, gnocchi, farfalle, linguini. and ziti because my mom makes the best baked ziti

I like to pick a big topic on wikipedia (like a list) and then read every entry under that list. Or the pages of countries I’ve never really thought about. It’s only a step up from Sopranos binging but at least you’re learning something
