Every year I bake chocolate chip cookies and watch Spirited Away before the summer ends. I like to believe this makes sure I have a good year until next summer.
A ritual can be anything, at any time of the year.

maybe put some things you regularly wear or carry on there. maybe some citrus for excitement and cinnamon for abundance. a little superstition has always been good for my soul.
There are some things I know for certain: always throw spilled salt over your left shoulder, keep rosemary by your garden gate, plant lavender for luck, and fall in love whenever you can.
