Nymphet Alumni is a podcast brought to you by internet friends Biz Sherbert, Alexi Alario, and Sam Cummins. I think Sex Magazine’s founder Asher Penn described Nymphet Alumni beautifully in his PI recommendations: “…a podcast devoted to analyzing the niche mainstream - cultural touchstones that didn’t necessarily die but instead morphed, rebranded, and shapeshifted into obsolescence, alongside contemporary trends that are almost too pervasive to identify”. They’ve coined viral phrases such as “blokette”, a mash-up of British blokecore and the feminine Coquette trend, and done deep dives on topics like American Apparel, Nepotism Babies, and more. Lucky for us, the three of them are here to tell us what they’ve been into.
