Does anyone know of anything that I can consume for energy, power, and focus? Prescription stimulants and meds make me excessively sweat, coffee makes me excessively sweat, tea makes me excessively sweat - you get the picture lol. Anything with “energy“ makes the inside of my body overactive - thus, leading to too much sweating!! Should I just take lion’s mane? Or what?? Bc like, I don’t feel anxious or anything but I def need a lil boost.
