my body is rejecting takeout, and i need to finally sharpen my cooking skills. i’m open to anything, but for some context, i want to cook/learn more about: 1. Asian cuisine (any and every country but specifically Chinese style of cooking) 2. fundamental cooking skills - improvising in the kitchen, knowing chef/industry standards, from prepping to cooking to storing 3. balanced meals with sides that complement them well 4. vegetables !! 5. Italian and Mediterranean styles of cooking - also into narrative-heavy books (I love Anthony Bourdain) <3
