this is a very broad ask, but what actions, routines, habits etc make you feel more together, more on it, more like you’ve got this. I’m generally a chaos gremlin cosplaying as a high functioning person, and with 6 years of recovery from housebound M.E. under my belt I just wanna feel more like a functioning adult. Some examples for me are: using Notion to organise stuff, flossing everyday, doing a weekly food shop, going swimming.
