What’s your favorite way to eat a hot dog? I’ve been thinking a lot about hot dog preparations since reading Jamie Loftus’ book, Raw Dog, last year and I wanna know. Growing up in Georgia, I’m partial to a Varsity style chili dog (similar to a midwestern coney) but if I make one at home I like grilled, toasted bun, and topped with spicy brown mustard and French fried onions.
