did the big move over to stainless steel. Love em!! thinking i May be missing something in the cleaning process. Currently I wait each time for the pan to be hot (water test) and thenclean with a sponge and dish soap. I usually notice (no matter what) a couple minor spots that last usually from oil. I use non toxic dish soap so it may not cut thru grease well? After a couple weeks / month when there’s a considerable amount of stains I go in with bar keepers friend and an abrasive sponge. Sometimes a couple times to get it sparkling Anything I’m missing here? Is it typical to use bar keepers friend this often? What is your favorite daily abrasive sponge? More guidance? Plz drop
