just moved to williamsburg from washington dc, and mourning the loss of my beautifully curated collection of newsletters, blogs, and social media accounts that kept me in the loop about fun lil goings-on. there are a billion social media accounts dedicated to things-to-do-in-nyc but a lot of them suck (sponsored content, focused on ~vibes~ and ~instagrammability~ instead of quality of activity, etc). probs loser-ish of me to have to ask for things to do but i'm new here! sue me! so if there are any roundups y'all recommend PLS put me on. points for free/low-cost events, and community-based events (markets, mutual aid, library events, live music, that sorta thing). thank u xxxx
