i have a pretty severe fear of cars, to the point where sometimes i struggle with sitting in the front seat of a car while someone else is driving. its not a big problem now as where i live you can get around okay with public transport, but im aware that you essentially cant live in america unless you can drive a car. do yall have any tips on how to get over this irrational fear?
