Call me Miss Victimana Taylor Swift, but seriously.…I’m in pain. Specific tips for plant-based folk would be delightful :D. I will start to meal prep (if it’s actually easy), I bought these Vejibags a while back that keep my produce fresh a lot longer (it actually works), but please, how can I take better care of myself 😂😂. It’s always the very last thing I’d ever want to do is go food shopping (and I will not spend $ on instacart, etc)
