I’m trying not to rely on my phone so much, I can feel the brain rot, I can feel the attachment issues! I’ve set app usage timers on my phone and that’s helped, but I’m still spending so much time on my phone!! And when I’m not on my phone I’m watching a show or on another screen 🙄 Any recommendations for books/hobbies/music or just general activities that will help me to forget about the screens?
