for years i’ve struggled with going to sleep quickly, i’ve never gone to a doctor or anything cause it doesn’t seem like a real issue but honestly it’s getting to a point where it ruins my whole day because of how fucked up sleep schedule is. it usually goes like, i’m tired and i feel a little sleepy, i wash my face and change into pj‘s, i go to bed and set an alarm, and right then is when all my sleepiness goes away. i will stay up hours and hours because my brain won’t let me sleep, i’ve tried everything and some things work but it’s still takes me at least an hour to actually fall asleep. pls help
