Fully had a moment where I was in pyjamas, with a cup of tea watching YouTube, and randomly thought *“I have free will, why not change what I’m doing right now”* Fully got dressed, got a train to a smaller seaside town I frequent and just watched the waves crash while journaling. I felt free. One of those “I‘m really an adult huh” moments.
