I‘ve always had trouble getting back into the swing of work & life after going on a restful or enjoyable vacation. How do you all flip the switch and get back to being productive? On a smaller scale, I find that even a day or two off my usual morning routine or other parts of my day I consider productive (exercise, staying off social media in the afternoon, etc.) can be extremely detrimental to me and throw off my whole flow. How do you all keep focus on a day you, for example, wake up late or are feeling unmotivated?
