Hi I need advice. I keep being hungry and excited to eat whether the food is nutritious or I love it or hate it or not. And then it’s in front of me and I’m like EW and I can’t even look at it and my mouth refuses to chew and swallow. But then I don’t feel good if my eating sched is all messed up! The more I plan and try, the more gross it tastes. I’m not picky or have food sensory things either so idk. How do I fix this??? It’s freaking me out!!
