its a horribly broad question but idk i feel like im stuck in this constant loop of being fully self aware of everything im doing wrong and how badly im approaching friendships and how im not taking care of my physical or mental health and im self sabotaging everything and my psychologist says that even making the conscious decision to think about something differently helps to slowly wear away the neural pathways already carved but idk i just feel like im a lazy lost cause
