I work a regular 9-5, but too many weeknights I come home and throw myself on the bed "just for 5 minutes" and then I end up scrolling for hours until it's time to go to bed. I need a better routine!! What do you guys do to in the evening so that the whole day doesn't just feel like wake up - work - eat dinner - sleep - repeat?
