I was obsessed with Shakespeare as a kid, so I spent a lot of my time reading plays (his and others') (whether I was in them or not). Then in high-school I had to read 'The Crucible' ofc, and in college I annotated a friend's copy of 'Angels in America,' and recently I got a copy of the script for 'First Reformed' as a present (though I've only gotten through the first bits).* Slowly though, I've trailed off play/script-reading. I'm not in the know of what the obvious classics are anymore, or what the cool new ones could possibly be! I really miss sitting down to read a play. I'd love to hear what's stayed with you, and what's out there to discover! *Sidenote: I've also slowly started to collect Hayao Miyazaki's storyboards (in their book form) (unfortunately not translated). Not exactly the same thing, but worth mentioning!
