I use to take pride in not having a routine. I was eating, sleeping, working when I felt like it. I didn’t value sleep and considered myself a night owl, I told myself that I could run on 4 hours of sleep and regularly forgot to eat on busy days. I thought this flexibility was my super power. I was wrong, I can see now that this is killing my productivity and personal growth as an artist. How do you consistently show up for yourself - and then do it again tomorrow?
