In my fridge I have: - whole milk - heavy cream - both salted and unsalted butter - sour cream - eggs The cheese audit as of today is: - dill goat cheese (unopened but lightly expired) - dill havarti (unopened) - 15 month aged cheddar - parm (the fancy kind) - feta (two blocks unopened) - monterey jack - full-fat mozzarella (unopened) - kraft singles - string cheese Prefer to work with what I got but open to any suggestions 🙂↕️
