doesn't have to actually be comforting, but what movie(s) do you watch when you want to feel comforted by the familiar? i'm going through old dvds and seeing some films i used to love as a kid. honestly, i think sweeney todd with johnny depp has to be up there in my comfort films, i used to be obsessed with it and i still know the entire script word for word.
