Trying to be vulnerable here, I need help becoming more comfortable cooking new foods. For too long I've depended on frozen meals and meal prepping boring meals. I eagerly want to learn new recipes and get familiar with common food combinations. However as someone with OCD the idea of messing up and really just being wasteful is very overwhelming to me so "practicing" and "experimenting" in the kitchen has always been intimidating. Does anyone know of good places to start? Whether it be an online creator, app, or if you have some wisdom/hacks to drop yourself I'm all ears (,: Also I'm very aware there are probably subreddits that I could ask and get a lot more input but I cannot stand redditors lmaoo
