Kyle Chase is a New York City-based actor and comedian. If you haven’t stumbled across his videos with Veronika Slowikowska and Michael Rees, you’re missing out– it’s hard not to feel a parasocial fondness for them from their IG reel/TikTok antics (check out what I mean). He is also the co-host of Nevermind podcast, where you can listen to him “discuss some seriously groundbreaking subjects and laugh and talk and also have conversations on, nevermind.” Recently, he starred in Michael Rees’s short film Guzzle Buddies, which is available to stream here. Lucky for us, Kyle’s here to tell us what he’s been into.

Of all of the Flamin Hot branded snacks, it’s the one with the most red dust. Red 40 is really bad for you I guess so don’t go too crazy. I’ve limited myself to 1 bag a week.

The pedestrian dance. Everyone has done it. You go right, they go the same way so you quickly shimmy left but so do they. Now you’re stuck. Someone has to commit. Just pick which way you’re going and commit to that.

What is there not to like about a big plate of spaghetti covered in Cincinnati style chili and a mound of shredded cheddar cheese? It would be my last meal if I was ever in a situation where making that decision was required.

Orchestra of the Eighth Day - At The Last Gate
These two Polish guys made a few ambient albums in the 70s and 80s that absolutely rock. This one's my favorite. I’ve only been able to find it on YouTube. So good and so 80s. One of the guys, Jan Andrzej Paweł Kaczmarek, left and moved to LA to score movies and they never made anything else together ever again :(

Secret Aardvark Hot Sauce
Habanero based hot sauces are typically the best (in my honest and humble opinion) and this one takes the crown. Good on most foods. I'm trying to think of something it wouldn’t be good on and I’m having a hard time.
