Gomorrah (TV series)It’s this Italian crime drama on HBO Max I’m really into at the moment – the dialogue is all in Italian too, so you’ll need subtitles!Some of my all-time favorite films are Scarface, Indiana Jones, and Lethal Weapon. Oh, I really love foreign/art house films! Though, the last movie I watched was The Notebook – saw it again a couple of months back and I was reminded of what a classic rom-com it is.

also it’s genuinely a miracle that I’ve found a TV show so compelling and attention grabbing because I have not finished a modern show in forever, my attention span for some reason will not allow me to finish a whole show, even succession which I loved.
but I’m yet to watch the final season and I have binged this in the matter of about a week so far and I’m loving it. plays out like a crime paperback that you can’t put down, even if the writing and pacing can be a bit clunky, I literally don’t care, the writing and performances always have me hooked.
NOW I WANNA WATCH MORE TV- I’ve barely watched any classic shows especially from the 2000s HBO era so please give me recommendations that are as investing as this please!

Adelaide, Los Angeles, New York, Vancouver, Barcelona, and the Greek islands – specifically Ikaria! Ikaria’s my favorite Greece island. My late grandfather is from there! Fun fact: Did you know that’s where Icarus fell? According to Greek mythology, Icarus flew too close to the sun and fell into the sea right there. Ikaria is also one of those Blue Zone regions, so the residents there typically have a longer lifespan!

Paolo Coelho. He’s the author of The Alchemist, which is such a classic story. I love his work. I’m also loving audio books these days – the last one I listened to was Tremendous: The Life of a Comedy Savage by Joey “CoCo” Diaz. He’s one of my favorite comedians, he’s so funny and I really love that guy!
