Okay, I’m sorry. I know no one wants another mask rec, but after 6 months I think I’ve found it. This one is it y’all. The fit is perfect, the adjustable bands basically makes it impossible for any air to come in or out of the mask. I stopped using surgical and cotton masks because they don’t provide the same protection that you get from these KF94 masks (according to this study). KF94 is the Korean standard to the American equivalent KN95 to ensure that protection is there. Oh, they come in black too!

I have a few rules for cozy hoodie season. No drawstrings, big hood, and a waistband that isn’t suffocating me. A little oversized is a bonus, but not a deal breaker. On the lighter side, my go-to has always been Ksubi’s Seeing Lines hoodie. Fits the requirements, and fits like a glove.

I have to start off this recommendation with an apology, as for all your Northern Hemisphere-based folks wont be able to find this easily as I stock up when I go home to Australia. BUT, in all my years of hunting for the perfect white t-shirt that hangs just right, I have found my holy grail. Specifically, the Boody men’s crew neck t-shirt (NOT the new “classic” which is mostly viscose, ew), bit the original which is 95% bamboo. I buy them in a Small and they are the perfect oversized t-shirt. Buttery soft, expensive-looking and, most importantly, stay looking fresh after they’ve tumbled about in a washing machine. I’m hoarding a few!

i lived in these throughout lockdown. they come in multiple colorways so you’re not necessarily resigned to black, they’re form-fitting but quite breathable and soft (and have less form-fitting variants if so inclined.) s-tier sweatpants i think the tech fleece sweatsuit has fallen out of vogue somewhat in the last year or so but honestly i feel like nike just does immaculate sweats in general if you’re willing to shell out - i feel like they have athleisure down to a science (maybe get them secondhand or new from a reseller given their abhorrent labor practices tho)

I’ve never been to Disney as a kid and as I grew older I always felt like I was too old for it. I spontaneously tagged along with my family the day before they left and I think that was the best decision I’ve ever made. I’m a huge fan of Star Wars and Avatar, and even as an adult I think I had the best week of my life and I felt like a kid again. I legitimately had real tears of joy on some of the rides. It’s never too late!

While everyone is raving about their trendy nonstick pans, I’m here to bring the spotlight back to cast iron cookware. There’s a huge stigma around how hard it is to take care of cast irons, but it’s really not bad! You just gotta keep using it, and over time, it basically becomes nonstick. This article has sent off a tangent, and now I am a proud owner of a well-seasoned cast iron pan and griddle.

Antique shops have a special place in my heart because it reminds me of my childhood road trips. When I was little, I always thought antique shops were just useless junk. As I grew older, I’ve learned to appreciate the “junk” a bit more. Browsing through the aisles, they kind of feel like a time machine. My top things to look out for are vintage cameras, dutch ovens, and vintage porcelain.
