First of all if you don’t know Tyler Childers, you can basically check out anything from his discography without going wrong. This one’s almost entirely instrumental, filled with “oldie fiddle classics”. That fiddle goes hard here, guiding you through a range of emotions without the need for singing. Without spoiling anything about the real hard-hitter to this album, i’ll say this — just listen, and listen all the way through. As a companion — pleeease check out his explanation.
