These types of walls help you gain control over your force when hitting the ball. It’s something you can do on your own. You can also practice your way of serving and in general improve agility. Set up exercises for yourself, like dribbling upwards a certain amount of times without letting the ball drop.

hit a ball against a wall for a while and usually someone else will come up at want to play! even if you say “i’m really bad at this” they will still want to! you can even get a couple of lessons if you’re really new so you know how to do it a little bit.

Me and my girlfriend have been getting into tennis its so fun. Your body moves in a really great way when you play and makes you feel glad. I still suck but am starting to be able to get a volley going from the backline. It is a good feeling to hit that ball right and run around. Almost as good as soccer.
