really guys do it. someone said to me, "salt makes everything more like itself". pretty sure they stole that from ina garten or someone like that but good on them for spreading the wisdom. i thank them.
everytime i have yogurt now (french or bulgarian style) i sprinkle a lot of flaky salt on it. sprinkle somem walnuts and slice up a good peach. bing bang boom.
if you wanna go to the next level, Ayran is a salted, fizzy yogurt drink from Turkey/Iran (depending on you ask). find a good middle eastern bakery and they might have it.
