usually do the first load after breakfast once the coffee has kicked in, put the clean dishes away while getting dinner ready, then do the next load sometime after dinner.
downloading the beta app has made me use the platform 100% more of the time - i hope the founders will keep the beautiful moments of crashes embedded into it, dusting the user experience with a moment to catch their breath - masked as a crash - it harkens back to a simpler time when things were slower and everything wasn’t so polished
limit visual input when the world is too vivid - a white sheet lets just enough light in, subtle warmth, security, peace, solitude , come back to center - even go on your phone if you so choose
