listen… i’m not giving medical advice except i totally am doing that because this went double platinum no features for me as a frequent sore throat and tonsillitis victim… essentially u take a thumb sized piece of ginger and grate it finely, squeeze half a lemon and add a tablespoon of honey… mix it and eat it and i mean EAT like you have to CHEW the ginger and keep doing this throughout the day and within two days it’ll be better. just trust me. you’re welcome.
