A recurring problem: being a little frazzled when I get back to work after my break finishes. I’ve made a ritual of the above (based on a bit I remembered from Persepolis). Lent means I’m trying to quit smoking again, so I replaced the cigarette with nicotine pouches.

i just remembered the time when i bought myself a vape. the next day, i woke up feeling super sore and sick. i looked up the symptoms on google, and it said it was caused by vaping. i started panicking, thinking it would never go away. then, i found out it was covid..
