If your brain is tricking you into self-sabotage recognize it and redirect. I needed to be reminded today by my therapist and idk who else needs the reminder but here ya go. You are awesome.

Examples: Teenage Runaway, 90s Dog (that’s angelic_kid), Brat Worldwide (that’s mine). Now you have a rubric to check your fits against. I mostly dress to bring joy to my inner child — she’s had a hard enough time. Fuck the haters (including the critic inside your head!)
