get the blood flowing, do random shit to break up the routine, turn off the phone. Don‘t put pressure on yourself to make anything. you need to live life and have experiences to have things to write about fill up the well that you are drawing from. the Songs will want to be written again

Using other forms of art as procrastination

I need to write. Sit down and write. AHH TOO STRESSFUL. So instead I’ll make a song or dumb graphic design or a craft. You (🧠) will never see it as good and worthwhile because you are, in fact, procrastinating your real work and passion BUT everybody else will think “wow, they are just always making something” it’s a win win
