ok here are all the things i put in my stew today: shiitake mushrooms, garlic, scallions, gochugaru, kimchi, zucchini, carrots, kelp broth, rice cakes, octopus balls, & a hard boiled egg!
Stews and soups and broths galore!
I could forever eat an amalgamation of vegetables, meats, carbs and lentils boiled in an umami rich broth.
Just thinking about it makes me happy!
out of all the mushrooms in the world, they have the best texture. i just put a ton of them in some yakisoba! if you don't like mushrooms, grow the fuck up!
