Never would've guessed I'd be a "little dog dude" but here we are. Chihuahuas kick ass. No better feeling than lifting the blanket to make room for a small friend or two to come in and get cozy.

They get a bad rep- blame it on misrepresentation in film/tv, toxic masculinity, aggressive kids that reach for their eyeballs, the trauma imposed on them by bad pet owners, etc.
Once they sense your gentle ways, they’ll just want to make a bed out of your lap. Whats to hate about a permanently puppy sized dog?

Hard not to look like an asshole when you whip this out in public. But who cares! It’s a classic for a reason. Whitman’s prose flows gentle, like floating beachgrass on bright ocean waves. Or whatever.

Arguably the most consistent way to hang out with friends at least once a week. So many venues have them. Activity! Camaraderie! And you usually learn something.
Thursday is the best night for this, I think. Gives you something to look forward to other than the weekend.
