😳 heheh this is actually so easy and fun to do. I use photoshop to cut around the pictures, and then I put everything together on adobe indesign. I have access to these through my uni, but you could do something very similar on word/powerpoint with the ‘remove background’ feature, and the newish iPhone feature of copying the foreground image (by long pressing on a photo) also makes this way easier so I barely bother with photoshop any more. Also I know designers recommend free dupes for adobe products so just look online to find other good programs I find the stickers online by looking up ‘sea creature sticker’ or whatever I’m doing, go to google images and/or websites where they sell stickers to school and stuff, and screenshot from there.

Send the girl you met the other day a photo of the sunset, bc for whatever reason it gave off the same energy as her! Screenshots work to the same effect. Show your mum the screenshot you took of that pretty vintage lamp! Js tell people in your life “this made me think of you,” it’s so fun.

Stop listening to music/audiobooks/pods all the time
Eg in shower, on walks, during commute, making dinner, to go to sleep, getting dressed. be able to do all these comfortably in silence. then u can try phase them back in in a way where they actually contribute something and ur not just listening for the sake of it
