OH these are great! I used my walking commute to get through 16 discs of conversational Japanese in 3 months, and could have meaningful discussions, a little flawed, with a Japanese co-worker. YAY.

Find YouTube videos, watch kids shows in your target language, listen to music and try to translate the lyrics based off vocab you know. See if your local library has any language books Watch shows you know with subtitles in your target language
