perfect pencil for just about anything. perfectly soft but doesn’t smudge. it even has an eraser on top🙌. there’s something so satisfying about writing or drawing with the perfect pencil imo and i take my pencils very seriously…they just don’t make em like this anymore…

at some point i stopped fighting the fact that i'm a pencil guy. since then i've tried a few pricier ones, but this is my fave. really nice weight that feels expensive and serious without being stupid. cool twist action for bringing out more lead.

Serial experiments lain (1998) (specifically rewatching once a year)

i think this series is a great representation of humans relations with themselves and technology and how they intersect forming a sort of collective unconscious on the internet. the intro is also a banger. rewatch will be interesting this year with the progression of AI, you really catch something new every watch.
