it’s delicious and nutritious and i don’t get headaches in the afternoon from being hungry anymore. haters will say you need to make them over easy or some other fancy nonsense like that but scrambled is perfectly fine. throw some cheese (of your choice) in there and a little lactose free milk. maybe a splash of hot sauce and you have successfully broken the fast you embarked on overnight and started your day with a full (but not too full) tummy.
