Makes me think of in college, people called the College of Fine Art “C-A-S” but every first-week freshman pronounced it “kass” because duh. Im feeling that way rn calling a bar called Clematis Social just ”Clematis” even thought Clematis Street is a biiiig street in West Palm Beach w tons of businesses.
