either play with the retirement home theme and do “homecoming” ala the quintessential Friday night lights stuff OR
(not a party suggestion technically) I did a “Kate’s perfect day” celebration for my 26th where I created an itinerary of what my ideal day would be even if nobody else could come and just posted it and asked ppl to join wherever they could. It was a blast! Did a big nature walk with pals then grabbed some coffee, hit up a bookstore, watched a movie, and ate pizza.
