Diy electrolyte bev
can’t stop making them today’s bev: half a lemon juice 2 tbsp of honey 1/8 tsp of Himalayan salt (roughly idk i do 8 little grinds?) half water half coconut water garnish: cucumber, lemon, mint sometimes I do grapefruit or watermelon or whatever squeezable mashable fruit I have around yummy and refreshing
