it is my goal to like EVERY food the world has to offer!!! for this reason i’ve been making myself eat very small doses of food i famously dislike. so far i‘ve discovered i actually enjoy walnuts & cashews! i’m even (very slowly) coming around on pickles! definitely recommend trying this. i just hate missing out on good food. i want to eat it all!!!!!
In high school I could eat Takis and Hot Cheetos at 9 am before a geometry quiz LIKE IT WAS NOTHING and now eating those chips make me feel like they're chewing a hole in my stomach lining.
ON THE OTHER HAND…I really hated cottage cheese (thought it was old ppl food) and now I cant get enough! (which kinda proves my hypothesis though…)
The growth of your palette and understanding what kinds of foods your body can handle as you age is very interesting to experience in real time.
