i grew up in the catholic church which is obvs soooooo different than the mormon church but like, super similar?? anyway i was hoping for more Christian bullshittery on this branch of the Housewives franchise but it‘s just as campy and dramatic as Beverly Hills or the OC. i’m a huge fan of Jen Shah!! she is great TV!! i love how she’ll fucking chuck a glass across the room or splash the camera man!! idk. they’re great. lots of cattiness like the church. they all kind of hate each other. love.

Shoutout Seeking Derangements who initially put me on w their recaps but if you’re not caught up you have to be. Without Lisa Rinna backing BH, it’s officially the best RH franchise… I know that’s controversial but I must speak my mind… YES even without Jen Shah, who if you haven’t already heard is in the same prison facility as Elizabeth Holmes. And apparently they’re besties. Soooooo

when i first decided to get sober like 2 years ago i knew i would totally flunk the sober test if i saw it as a test of will or whatever. like do or die kind of thing— take note that i don’t struggle with addiction issues. but when i approached sobriety with the same kind of curiosity that an elementary schooler might with growing a bean plant in different lights and different liquids, it’s really helped me to really… dare i say… trust the process

making the bed is one of my absolute least favorite chores bc it’s just… it’s too big. too much flopping around. but when a friend asks me to help? such a beautiful form of intimacy and connection! it makes me so happy to know that at the end of the day when my bud is snuggling under fresh sheets and blankets that i helped em get there. we love a team work activity!!
