i’ll never go to the cloisters in nyc again. the isg museum is just a fancy lady's house that lived by herself and invited a bunch of artist friends over all the time. it was also robbed of some Rembrandt's in the 90s and the empty frames are still there to see. now that’s what I call culture, thanks lady!

I wholeheartedly recommend Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum as the ultimate destination for anyone seeking to reignite that nostalgic, naive feeling of being a teenager who first felt inspired by the beauty art.  It's a feeling I often hear Dean Kissick describing but for me is almost impossible. You can imagine this wealthy aesthete traveling the world to be known for her taste and one of the worlds biggest art heist (by police officers?)--marked by 13 empty frames still up in the museum.

absolutely gorgeous museum she built to house her personal art collection that has potential to be sooo spooky and romantic on a rainy day. you can see Rembrandt, Michelangelo, Raphael, Botticelli, Manet, Degas, Matisse, and more!! and there was an unsolved heist here in the 90s and they got away from $500 million worth of art. how do ppl do that… kind of kooky… anyway, go and get burrito from El Pelon or burger from Tasty Burger after!!

they're not so bad and we’ll be dead soon anyway. might even get a free meal if you don’t hang with them too frequently

if you can’t think of something to gift someone that they may want/use, then you’re better off not giving them anything. no one wants more junk as a gift. flowers are also always nice cuz when they’re not nice anymore you can toss it and not feel guilt.
