I remember this one time when I was like 8 or 9 watching chopped and this guy got eliminated for popping a squeeze of lemon over his dish after time had run out. In the heat of the moment I thought that no one could have ever made a more idiotic mistake on one of the greatest cooking shows of all time, but, now in my far superior maturity Iโve come to realize he absolutely knew what he was doing because a squeeze of lemon will improve quite literally anything. I always keep at least 3 on hand in my kitchen and every time I add a squeeze my food tastes like itโs smiling.
